This liminal space between day and night, where shadows dance and secrets stir, is the perfect gateway to the forest's hidden mysteries.

With only the faint beam of your headlamp to pierce the inky darkness, you’ll traverse hidden paths and whispering trees, immersing yourself in the quiet, otherworldly beauty of the winter landscape. The blue hour deepens into true night, and the forest's transformation is complete.

But beware—this is no ordinary walk. Beneath the forest’s tranquil exterior lies a realm steeped in myth and mystery. With every crunch of snow or crackle of leaves underfoot, you may sense the watchful presence of the unknown. Could Huldra, the forest’s beguiling spirit, be lurking just beyond the edges of your light? Might a troll be waiting in the shadows, or some other ancient being that calls this forest home?

Led by an experienced guide, you’ll hear eerie tales of folklore woven into the very fabric of this timeless place. The darkness here is alive, not empty—a vast stage for the imagination, where every rustle in the underbrush and every distant call carries a hint of the supernatural.

As your journey through the shadowed realm concludes, a warm glow will beckon you forward. A crackling bonfire awaits, a beacon in the night. Here, amidst the flickering flames, you'll warm your hands and spirits with steaming Gløgg, Norway's answer to Glüwein, accompanied by traditional snacks. Share stories of your nocturnal adventure and the whispers you may have heard in the woods, as the fire dances and the stars watch overhead.

Are you prepared to walk where few dare tread, to embrace the thrill of the unknown, and to uncover the hidden stories of the Oslo Forest? Let your headlamp carve a path through the blackness and step boldly into the realm of myths, where magic and mystery intertwine. The Mystery Nocturne Walk with Headlamps promises a spine-tingling adventure you’ll never forget.
